Prior to the Great Recession, the principals were affiliated with Fortune International Development, developers of, among others, Jade Residences at Brickell Bay and Le Meridien.

Thereafter the principals successfully completed many condominium conversion projects in South Florida and were involved in the design and structuring of real estate projects in various countries of South America. In South Florida, since the Great Recession, MEC’s principals have designed, developed and construction managed several real estate projects including from townhouse communities, Cassa at Georgetown;  residential luxury condominiums, Cassa Brickell;  luxury office condominiums, Ofizzina; and luxury multi use rental properties, Zoi House Grove.
